  • Investigations – Factual, Workcover, Fraud, Criminal & Missing persons;
  • Surveillance;
  • Accounts Receivable clerks

  • OE's (Oral Examination of debtors in court)
  • Field calls

DEBT COLECTOR / LITIGATION
Location: Loganholme
Employment type: Casual, flexible hours with the potential of going full time

We are searching for a committed, loyal and reliable team member.
Monday - Friday from 8am. Hours per day will vary and are flexible, ideal for mums looking at casual work to balance family and work.

The main responsibility of this role will be to administer a portfolio of accounts under the direction of the Collections Manager. This involves ensuring that all collections work is completed in a timely manner.
Due to the nature of the role you will have unparalleled customer service skills. Experience of successful debt collecting is essential with sound litigation knowledge would be also be an advantage. Future leadership roles are a possibility for our employees with drive, tenacity and a want to succeed.
To be successful in this position, the applicant must demonstrate the following skills and experience:
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with both existing and new clients
• Ability to multi task and prioritize
• Excellent communication skills & polite telephone manner
• A Can Do attitude
• Sound Litigation knowledge and court processes.
• Enjoys a challenge
• Experience working in a target-driven environment;
• Strong PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook);
• Enjoys working in a team environment and partake in decision making.

Duties include:
• General administration (ie; banking, data entry, answering phones, etc)
• Telephone debt collection
• Written / mailing debt collection letters
• Account management and negotiation
• Work unsupervised from time to time.
• Working under pressure
• Attend court as required
